Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times
Mauritius: 9 to 14 business days.
International orders: delivery times vary by destination. Please allow additional time for remote areas.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Methods
We work with a network of reliable international carriers selected based on delivery speed and cost-effectiveness. Shipping rates are subject to change based on official carrier price updates.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ilorashop.mu@gmail.com. We can correct addresses free of charge before dispatch. Once the parcel is in transit, address changes are difficult, costly, and not guaranteed.
